1.Taking advantage of American advanced technology, we manufacture the large gearbox HVLS ceiling fans with propeller blades, which guarantees continuous air flow in the room even if the fan rotates very slowly.

2.The air speed of this ceiling fan is 2-3m/s, which can make people free very comfortable.

3.Moves an enormous amount of air (High Volume) with only 50Rpm (Low Speed).

4.Fans can cover an area of at least 1500 square meters.

(1)Motor

Introducing Imported Germany Bauer motor integrated with decelerator, with fluorine rubber oil seal to ensure the reliability of the rotary drive member.

Voltage: 220/380v,50Hz/60Hz, three phase.  

(2)Control Box     

Reduce gently and intelligently, to protect motor reducer and transmission system.

Frequency converter with over current and over voltage/under voltage/open phase/over load/overheat protection, make it automatic power-off when have an accident.

(3)Fan blades

1.7075 aviation aluminum magnesium alloy with T6 anodizing heat treatment.High resistance to deformation and anti fracture.Tensile strength is 572mpa, the thickness is 2.00mm.
2.5 strength ribs in the inner fan, and one is 3mm thickness for more strong structure and not easy to deform and bench.

3.Connection: 3 bolts which made of 30CrMnSi with thread fastening agent to prevent loosening.

(4)Chassis

Made of aluminum alloy.

Using integrated aluminum magnesium alloy and made by precise cutting technology to ensure the consistency of the chassis as well as security stability. 

(5)External load-bearing

Oriented  distance extended Qixiang industrial fan is different from other manufacturers for that double external load bearing designed by Qixiang alone, and extend oriented distance of fan, avoid reducer from axial force, prevent oil spiling,to extend the service life.

(6)High Strength Bolts

High Strength Bolts in level 12.9, made of 30CrMnSi with thread fastening agent to prevent loosening.

(1)Three ways to install

A: Installation on H Beam or I Beam structure steel: using pressing plate of 8mm thickness to fix.
B: Fixing on steel concrete beam: using 8 mm thickness 90 degree, using the wearing screw or expansion screw, fixing both right or left.
C: The fixing of grid structure:using v structure or semi-circle to hoop bolts tension.

(2)Pay attention to :

1. Suitable for any building with a ceiling height of 4 meters or more. The spacing of the structural loading columns should be greater than 20% of the fan diameter to be installed.

2. The load bearing capacity of the roof structure should be more than 150kg, the total weight of the fan equipment is about 125kg(including installation accessories and dynamic load), torque 300N/m, noise level<39db.

3. The distance recommended from airfoil to the floor is 6-8m, Mininum should not be less than 4 meters.

4. Make sure that the fan is installed without chandeliers or other obstructions.

5. It’s not recommend for installation at the site with heat sources or soot.
