Large HVLS ceiling fans can produce three-dimensional natural wind, covering a wide area, to achieve ventilation and cooling effect, and can be combined with air conditioning, water cooling fan, environmental protection air conditioning perfect.It can be as large as 7.2 meters and as small as 2.5 meters, and is used in workshops with a height of at least 4 meters.The power is 0.66/0.88/1.3kw, it is very energy saving. It is a great experience to install a large HVLS ceiling fan in factory.

1.Permanent magnet servo drive motor
1) IP64,small size,no lubricating oil, low energy consumption, no maintenance, can work for nearly 15 years, beautiful appearance, especially suitable for villas, churches, cafes, restaurants, etc.
2) The motor is designed with high pyrolysis technology and the operating temperature is about 38 °C.
3) Internal precision Hall induction digital closed-loop control, can correctly control the switch station,stepless speed change.

2.Integrated control box

Servo drive system can make fan have a fast reaction with DSP control core and inner complex control algorithm. In addition, it has continuously variable, precise localization and the protection system with over voltage,over currents.

3.Fan blades

1) 7075 aviation aluminum magnesium alloy with T6 anodizing heat treatment.High resistance to deformation

and anti fracture.Tensile strength is 572mpa, the thickness is 2.00mm.
2) 5 strength ribs in the inner fan, and one is 3mm thickness for more strong structure and not easy to deform and bench.

4.SKF bearing (deep groove ball bearing + thrust ball bearing)

1) Bearing transmission adopts high strength low alloy steel construction.
2) Strong mechanical properties, precision measurement to ensure longer life.

5.High strength bolts and fasten glue

High strength bolt in level 12.9, made of 30 CrMnSi, with 271 screw fastening glue to prevent loosening.

Wire ropes in 4 directions to keep balance

4 wire ropes with 8mm to keep balance in 4 directions to prevent the fan in large inertial rotation shaking,guarantee operation stability and security.

1.Suitable for any buildings with a ceiling height of 4 meters or more. The spacing of the structural loading columns should be greater than 20% of the fan diameter to be installed.
2.The load bearing capacity of the roof structure should be more than 150kg, the total weight of the fan equipment is about 125kg(including installation accessories and dynamic load), torque 300N/m, noise level<39db.
3.The distance recommended from airfoil to the floor is 6-8m, Mininum should not be less than 4 meters.
4.Make sure that the fan is installed without chandeliers or other obstructions.
5.It’s not recommend for installation at the site with heat sources or soot.
