Installation conditions of large industrial ceiling fans:

A. The net height of the building shall be more than 4 meters, and the spacing between the structural load-bearing columns  shall be greater than 20% of the diameter of the fan to be installed.

B. the roof structure shall be allowed to bear more than 150kg, and the total weight of fan equipment is about 115KG  (including installation accessories and dynamic load), Torque 300n/m, noise < 39db.

C. the effective coverage area of a single fan is about 30-40 meters in diameter, and the spacing of adjacent fans is 30-40 meters.

D. The ideal installation height of the fan should be about 6-8 meters from the fan blade to the ground, not less than 4  meters.

E. Ensure that the fan installation position is free from chandeliers or other obstacles.

F. The distance between the installation position of the control box and the installation position of the fan should be less than 30 meters.

G. Places with long-time heating source or lampblack are not suitable for installation.
